Mulliner's New Zealand inspired Bentley Bentayga

Jun 13, 2024

Renowned for creating extraordinary Bentleys, Mulliner has now created a limited Bentayga line-up inspired by a series of 'Extraordinary Journeys' staged across the globe; including a memorable drive in the South Island.

Based on the Bentayga Azure, a front-runner for the ultimate road-trip car, Mulliner have elevated what is already a lesson in luxury with materials, colours, finishes and unique details to infuse specific destinations into your everyday drive.

“With this collection we hope to inspire and invite customers to challenge the notion of possible and consider how they may co-create with Mulliner. Whether they unlock the ultimate level of bespoke from taking inspiration from their own travel experiences or from another passion.” said Mulliner’s Chief Commercial Officer David Parker.

Mulliner drew from the iconic Milford sound and historic gold mines of the area for the Bentayga inspired by our own backyard. This is seen in the White Sand paint colour paired with Pale Brodgar silver wheels, with a predominantly brown and grey interior, accentuated with dark green and bronze contract stitching and a stunning Jeera Green Strone veneer.

These colours and materials aim to give the impression of a drive taken by Bentley customers on their ‘Extraordinary Journey’ through the beautiful Ahuriri Valley, with the glistening Lake Tekapo and imposing Southern Alps in view.

Other ‘Extraordinary Journey’ Bentayga’s have been inspired by locations like New Mexico, Scandinavia, China, and the United Kingdom, all with their own very unique spin.
